She is dreaming of a steak dinner with cranberry sauce, applesauce, corn, peas, carrots and potatoes! Maria was born in London, England, and came to Regina with her parents in 1967. She likes that people in Regina are friendly. She used to love crocheting and dancing but now she spends her time listening to the radio. Maria is funny and people around her are always smiling and laughing. She has a great imagination! One of Maria’s challenges is that she never seems to have enough money. At the moment, she is waiting for her dentures to be made so that she can tuck into her dream steak dinner. Maria wants her children to be happy and healthy. She is excited to see her dad next year when he visits from Barbados!
