When do not fill in any forms – we don’t collect any personalized information. We rely on Google Analytics for broad analytics about visitors but beyond that nothing is collected or stored.

When users pledge to purchase a gift – our process requires they supply us with a name, phone and email. This information is kept  and used only to contact them  with a reminder email  or call them about getting their pledge in before our deadline if they have not yet delivered it. If and when they deliver their pledged gifts, their information is deleted from our system. It is not stored long-term or used for any analysis.

What rights you have over your data

If you have pledged a gift and supplied us with your personal contact information, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This is done anyways, as outlined above – when you deliver your pledged gifts.
