High school sweethearts, Alena and her partner Tyson started dating when they were just 16 and 17 years old but they actually met when they were in elementary school. They started their family in 2014 and have five kids, each one with special qualities that Alena describes with such pride; Sheliah is beautiful, good at drawing and loves playing soccer and volleyball, Mya is beautiful, smart and athletic playing soccer and track and field, Kimberly loves doing what her big sisters do and is smart, artistic, beautiful and bossy, Aaron is the best brother/son and is handsome, smart, loving and has the cutest smile. Two of the kids’ uncles live with them as
well, Maddieray and Braidon. They are both awesome uncles, they are helpful and loving and really enjoy playing video games. Alena and her partner were born and raised in Regina and while they love the support that this community offers as well as the kind people that live here, someday they would like to live in a bigger city. A large family like this really struggles making ends meet financially and it sure would be nice if costs would come down and make life easier for them.
