Allen grew up in Uganda, where her happiest memories were made with her children. In November 2023, while pregnant, she made the brave decision to move to Regina on her own to create a better future for her family. Her Canadian journey began with the birth of her son Terry in 2024, a friendly, cheerful baby who loves watching CoComelon and brings her comfort in a new country. Although grateful for the opportunities here, Allen struggles with being separated from her other children who remain in Uganda. She works hard every day to build stability and hopes to reunite her family in Canada. Her dream is for all her children to grow up together in a safe, loving, and secure home.
