Ashley, born March 15, 1980, has lived in Regina her whole life as her family has always been important to her and this is where they live. Her own family began when she was 15 years old when she welcomed her eldest daughter into the world. Her middle daughter, Hayley is incredibly intelligent, loving, and thoughtful. She always seems to know just what to say and is the best big sister to her younger siblings. She’s artistic, courageous, respectful, and kind, though also a little shy and cautious because of what the family has been through. Her youngest daughter, Macy is one of the brightest parts of Ashley’s life. She’s smart, creative, and resilient, never letting her ADHD or learning disability define her. She approaches the world with determination and a strong sense of self. Right now, Ashley’s family is facing some financial challenges, with groceries, gas, vehicle issues, and the stress of looking for employment. Even so, Ashley remains hopeful. She wants to show her girls that no matter what life throws their way, they can overcome it together. Her dream for the future is to be fully employed and create stability for her daughters.
