Charlene grew up in Muskowekwan First Nation in Saskatchewan. Charlene moved to Regina in 1989 with her family. Charlene is very social and a friend of many. She is always willing to help out her friends anyway she can. Charlene is talented at beading. Charlene’s plan for the future is just taking one day at a time.
