It takes a special person to think of others when they themselves are struggling to make ends meet, but that is exactly what Colin does. He uses his faith in God to help guide him in his efforts to help and love others and plans to do even more in the future if he can. A happy person, Colin loves music, singing and God. Regina has been home for him from day one and the city is lucky to have such a caring person as a resident.
