Eunice was born in Wynyard, Saskatchewan but moved to Regina when her dad got married, when she was 12. Eunice met her children’s father in 1988 through her best friend, and had their first child in 1993, they were married in 1998 but have since separated. Her family has not been able to have a good Christmas for a few years, since the separation. Eunice’s daughter Shannoah is very artistic and creative, with a love for singing,  and doing hair, makeup, and nails. She is thinking about becoming a clothing designer. Eunice’s son Declan is very smart when it comes to computers, and is also talented in singing and playing the guitar. Eunice has been having a difficult time keeping food on the table with the rising costs. She hopes her whole family can get together more often, being the mother of 6 children. She is hoping for a happy and stable future.
