J is a 17-year-old female who grew up in Regina, SK. She is responsible, independent, and kind hearted in nature. She finds comfort in baking, music and art. J has spent more than a year living in unstable and unsafe conditions, she also lacked positive role models as well as reliable support from  family. Despite the challenges, J has remained steady, determined and strong. She is actively seeking employment and saved up enough money to purchase her own vehicle.  Furthermore, J has stepped into a motherly role for her younger siblings—making sure they’re supported, comforted, and cared for.
