Joe has lived in Regina all of his life and met his partner Melanie through a friend back in 1999.
They fell in love and had three children who Joe says are, “good kids!”. Finances are tight for
this family of five but they take it day by day to try to make ends meet. Joe hopes that the future
will hold better jobs for each of them so that life can be a little easier.
