Rebecca was born in August 1992. She grew up on her reserve, until her grandma wanted to provide them with more opportunities, so they moved to Saskatoon. Rebecca moved to Regina in November of 2024 after the loss of her brother. She then gained custody of her kids and secured housing. This is their first Christmas all together as a family since being reunified. Her eldest daughter, Melissa is very good at traditional powwow dancing. Her eldest son, Jason loves to read, and is very smart and funny. Her middle son, Ethan is a young man of many talents and likes to cook and sing. Her youngest son, Caner is very sweet and loves building. Some challenges that their family has faced is working through the transitions of being reunified as a family. Some hopes that Rebecca has for the future is that she wants to get her license, so that her and her family can travel to powwows.
