Sheldon was born in Regina then as a child his family moved to British Columbia for a year then spent 9 years living in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Sheldon then moved back to Regina as a young adult for work. Sheldon has many hobbies and interests a new one being space exploration. One of Sheldon’s greatest interests is sports he watches football, hockey, basketball, baseball, and sometimes tennis. Sheldon describes his skills as being proactive, communication, and staying connected with his family. Challenges that Sheldon currently is experiencing is managing his anxiety, staying present in the moment, managing appointments, and communicating his needs to others. Sheldon is currently in a wheelchair; he has goals to get his drivers license and when he can walk again he wants to play badminton with his daughter.
