She’s finishing up her Business Administration diploma while raising three children. Tiffany is working so hard so she can show the way for her children (all under 12 years of age). This is hope-building for children so that they, too, can have more opportunities in the future. She is also: “work[ing] on getting a vehicle to get around with my family.” All this while balancing the larger social pressures of food security issues and ever-increasing costs like those ‘amount due’ numbers on utility bills.
